Sure, the world also needs love, sweet love. But we also REALLY need education.
Education is under attack in America, as it always is when fascism is trying to take hold. After all, under-educated people are less likely to understand that they’re being repressed. And through what education remains, fascist regimes can change what is broadly seen as true about history and their government.
But I’m not historian. I’m no educator. I am an intersex man. And I see a comment come up a lot on my intersex social media posts that people just don’t know anything about intersex. They don’t know the variations, they don’t know anyone who is out as intersex, and they don’t understand how we’re being erased.
